Infill up to 21 days.
Service Description
You can qualify for infill if you book an appointment within 3 weeks (21 days) and have at least 50% of your lashes remaining. We do not infill other lash technician’s work as our style, product and the quality of the work can be different. Clients required to come with clean lashes for the appointment, otherwise cleaning process will take longer and that extra time will come off from the actual lash service and you might not get 100% coverage. During your infill appointment up to 15-20% of your existing extension will be removed because of your extensions grow away from the root of your natural lashes. Lash stylist can refuse the infill when full set is required in cases for example: bad aftercare, poor hygiene, extension is less than 50%.
Cancellation Policy
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful to others, please call me as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require you to call at least 2 days in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. If the cancellation is going to be made in less than 24 hours, £10 will be charged on each hour off your booked treatment holding on . If you are refusing to pay for the cancellation fee , Lash Trend will no longer accept your booking. Thank you for understanding .
